Q - How to customize your own POS system
A - We would like to take all customized requirements from the customer, and classify them. Once we finish upgrade software, we will visit and install new POS system.
   
Q - How to print product barcode
A - We provide extra software to manage product barcode. Using the software, user can print product barcode easily.
   
Q - How to fix system speed problem
A - In case the system has an internet connection, virus is one of factors that cause serious system problem. User should update virus software regularly. We provide service updating virus software in regular A/S.
   
Q - How to manage customer point
A - We provide extra software to create customer unique number and with this unique number, POS system will accumulate customer point during every sale transaction.
   
Q - How to get training for staff
A - We provide a full training after the system installation. If customer wants, we will visit and provide additional training for user.
   
Q - How to order print paper roll
A - We would like to provide the cheapest price for all different types of print paper roll. Contact us directly to order print paper roll.
   
Q - How to use other language for tax invoice
A - We provide fields for using other language. In add or edit product form, user can enter other language (Korean or Japanese) in product description field to print tax invoice with other language.
   
Q - How to backup the data
A - If you install the external backup system, it is automatically and regularly backup the data. Otherwise we provide a service for backing up data in regular A/S.

Q - Can I print the receipt with Korean, Chinese or Japanese?
A - Yes. What you only need is use the product, which support multi-language.
   
Q - The system has a problem by an electricity failure
A - Basically we recommend installing and using the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
   
Q - The barcode scanner not work
A - You should check the cable connection between the system and Barcode Scanner. Occasionally you have to replace the cable connection, because of obsoleteness.
   
Q - The cash draw does not open
A - This problem may be happened. Because, the Cash draw is used whenever you sale goods. You should separate all trays with the Cash draw and remove receipts, money or etc.
   
Q - The receipt does not print out from the receipt printer
A - Check that there is receipt paper roll.
Check that cover of the Receipt Printer is closed exactly.
Check the cable connection between the system and Receipt Printer.
Try to turn off the Receipt Printer for a couple of second and turn it on again.
